Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices. Divide the chopped potatoes into 2 unequal parts.

Sprinkle the top of the potatoes with spices, salt and pepper, and brush with a small amount of mayonnaise.


Cut the sausage into small strips.


Place the sausage.

Place each tuber in a good piece of foil. Sprinkle with vegetable oil. Carefully wrap on all sides. Place in a mold or on a baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes at 180-190 degrees. Since everyone's oven is different, the baking time varies.
