Step one:

-Visualize Depth- This is the spatial depth of the effects.Disabling the setting will improve performance.
-Water Volume -Display water, if you enable the parameter, the fps will rise by 5-10, but it will not be clear where the water is and where the land is.
-Water Surface - This parameter is responsible for the display of waves. I advise you to turn it on, the water will take a strange look, but it will add FPS well.
-ShaderLOD - Shader draw distance. Imagine a space capsule, if you sail away from it, then the details of this capsule will decrease, i.e. the handle of the capsule, the ladder will visually disappear, but the capsule itself will not disappear. Therefore, this parameter is responsible for the distance of drawing small details.
-Lod Group Bias - It's better to set the slider to zero, this parameter is responsible for the quality of shaders in the distance.
Shadow Cascades - This is a function that is responsible for several shadows, adds density, visibility, transparency to them. Lowering the parameter will increase the FPS.
